Henna Raknes contacted me and informed me that Stacc had announced a job opening for an HR person (!). I had already seen the job posting and had been tipped off by a friend. I was curious.

But an HR person? What kind of environment was this that went out and said they needed an HR person, advertised that they had coffee from Bergen Kaffebrenneri in the office, and seemed so wonderfully relaxed?

The job posting emphasized that they didn't care where I had learned what, what background I had, or that I should be in one way or another. The most important thing was what I could contribute. I was intrigued.

In discussions with Stine B. Neteland, Ingeborg Faye Vågsholm, Martin Valland, and Geir Nordrik, it became clear to me that there was something about the culture of this group. Generosity. Warmth. And a solid dose of ambition and professionalism. An unbeatable combination that appealed to me immensely.

The chemistry was right. I got the job.

Now, one of my joys and headaches is how I and we can preserve this cultural treasure as we grow and expand.

Because we are moving forward. It was that thing with ambitions.

Do you want to know more about working at Stacc? Then I want to hear from you.
