Kristin has extensive experience with strategic organizational development from the financial sector and from several years in the consulting industry. In recent years, she has specialized in strategic HR.

Kristin is a Kaospilot graduate from Århus, Denmark. She has also studied strategy and management at NHH, as well as studies within cultural communication at UiB.
