Autoplan needed a modern and highly automated fleet management solution covering all aspects from administration of cars and additional products to process management and customer interaction through a customer portal.
What we deliver
Stacc delivers the core solution for leasing, handling car budgeting and lifecycle management of administrated cars. The solution also handles additional products such as fuel cards, charging and toll road tags, service agreements, electronic logbooks, KM-trackers, parking and insurance.
Costs and transactions are automatically transferred to the related account and invoiced according to the customers preferences. The solution supports SMS or eMail notifications of “EU-tests” upcoming service, soft warnings for refueling and outgoing cars in the customer portal.
The car budgeting process is highly integrated with Stacc Flow process engine and consists of car configuration, eSigning and ordering of additional products. Calculation of insurance cost, vendor discount, freight, residual values, estimated fuel and financing cost are mostly calculated automatically.
