Sparebanken Vest wanted to be the first Norwegian mobile-only bank and established a fighter-brand to be a mortgage loan challenger, offering fee-free loans with low interest.
The bank also wanted to adjust the interest rate down automatically in line with the increase in value of the property.

The solution is integrated with automatic look-up of the property value from a public register to make it possible to adjust the interest rate down in line with the increase in property value.
