Danske Bank is the largest bank in Denmark and a major retail bank in the northern European region with more than 3,7 million customers.
In order to accelerate profitable growth within car financing, the bank needed to streamline, automate and digitize the application, onboarding and credit process for car loans.
What we deliver
Stacc deliver Danske Bank's car loan system. It is operated and run by Stacc as a completely autonomous part of Danske Bank's offering. This complex loan process offers the customers two products entwined into one user experience.
Stacc uses a host of integrations (including one of their own) to create a mostly automatic credit process in the cloud. For the cases that need manual case handling (and proprietary workflows), Stacc offers a customised Case Management System.
