Stacc Bytelab have designed the solutions to ensure a premium customer experience while streamlining sales and administration at Alphabet. Alphabet’s online fleet portal allows business drivers to easily find and configure company cars. The portal is intuitively designed, aligned with Alphabet's corporate identity.
Through the online fleet portal, Alphabet drivers can compare models, configure specifications, request quotes and view their individual car policy, ensuring alignment with both user preferences and Alphabet's policies. This process is streamlined as inquiries move automatically to Bytelab Car Commerce for Alphabet's Key Account Managers to facilitate adjustments and direct approvals of quotes.
The portal's integration with Bytelab Car Commerce enables Alphabet to manage fleet offers effectively, from car imports to setting specifications. Offers and policies are customized incorporating TCO limits and eco-friendly options, simplifying policy management and ensuring that customers are only exposed to suitable vehicles.
Upon offer acceptance, the process for contract creation, credit checks, document generation, and digital signing is activated leading to ERP system initiation. Active contracts, displayed with expiry dates, along with automated notification emails, ensure that customers can order new company cars seamlessly from Alphabet, optimizing both customer experience and operational efficiency.
