Corporate financial analysis — a powerful differentiator

More than 50% of the value creation in Norway comes from small and medium-sized companies. Many of these need qualified and precise financial advice to assess their ability to service more debt, make investments, establish pension schemes, purchase insurance coverage, or to simulate how different scenarios will affect short- and long-term risk.

Banks, finance companies, insurance companies and accounting firms have fantastic opportunities to market financial analysis and advisory as a differentiator, to help accelerate innovation, research, new technologies, sustainable products, and services that can create growth and new jobs.

360-degree corporate financial analysis

BM Analysis is Stacc's tool for conducting a 360-degree financial analysis of and offering advice to companies. The solution supports the lender's sparring and credit process including financial analysis, processing of credit applications, establishment of loan agreements, production of digital documents, digital signing, and disbursement of loans.

This is the only solution in the market that handles a complete financial analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, subsidiaries, sole proprietorships, and handles various scenarios such as startups, crisis and recession, innovation, and growth. In addition, the solution provides detailed analyses based on various industry needs like rental property, project financing, agriculture, and general investments and that can easily be expanded with more industries such as fishing, aquaculture etc.

BM Analysis can make a valuable contribution to reducing time, cost, and risk, increasing quality, and improving customer satisfaction related to credit processes and financial advice of corporate customers. The solution also stores all data and documentation on the case for later audits, new loan applications or new advisory appointments with the same customer.

Import and calculation of data

BM Analysis is designed to integrate with different solutions and data sources, e.g. Bisnode, the Brønnøysund Registers, and the bank’s own CRM or core solutions. The solution also supports import of the company's own accounts in SAF-T format.

All information is compiled, analyzed, and presented in a 360-degree view as a starting point for processing a credit case or a financial advice interview.

The solution automatically collects, calculates, and compiles the following information:

  • Corporate structure

  • Directors, accountant and auditor

  • Financial statements, including statements of income statements, balance sheets and cash flows

  • Qualitative analysis

  • Sensitivity analysis

  • Calculation of key figures to calculate liquidity and servicing capacity

  • Benchmarking against similar industries

  • Forecast calculations and investment analysis

  • Industry-specific analyses

  • Analysis of different scenarios including best and worst-case

  • Calculation and visualisation of risk

Modern architecture and flexible delivery models

Because Stacc has customers with different business needs and technology stack, we offer to deliver BM Analysis based on different value chains, delivery models and functional content.

The solution satisfies today's requirements for open architecture, which includes an API-first strategy and standardized plug-ins against external systems.

BM Analysis can be delivered in the form of a license-only to a complete cloud-based SaaS delivery model, as standalone components or microservices that can be integrated with the company's other case management or self-service solutions.
