In the spring of 2016, Lie-Nielsen and Nordrik started the conversation about the future of CVision with Knowit’s management. – The company has considerable potential, but realizing that potential requires resource in the shape of money, competence and a strong focus on product development with an international ambition.
After several conversations during this spring we agreed that this was a great idea. Knowit retains a 25% ownership stake in the company. Geir Hamre Nordrik continues as CEO of the company, while Torgeir Thomassen continues as head of product. Dag Alvern enters the role of project director and Henrik Lie-Nielsen assumes the position of board chairman and will spend time establishing relationship with new customers in Norway as well as abroad.
