Stacc AS and OKQ8 AB have entered into a long-term agreement for the delivery of a SaaS AML & KYC Management solution that streamlines the onboarding and credit process for fuel and credit card customers. The primary objective for OKQ8 AB is to achieve an automated, user-friendly and digital credit process that also ensures safety and compliance.
Other requirements for the solution are automated retrieval of data from external sources to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, as well as support to the bank's credit decisions.
In addition, the solution offers back-office support and a user-friendly interface for manual handling of applications that cannot be fully automated or encounter issues during third-party data retrieval. Furthermore, the solution provides modern API’s for integrations with OKQ8 AB’s internal systems and other target solutions such as the card issuing platform and other product-specific account management systems.
“Our goal with the new solution was to implement a common and compliant customer onboarding solution for the entire card issuing area of OKQ8 and Q8, for both private card customers and business card customers in both Sweden and Denmark. Stacc AML has proven to be a well-functioning solution for our purpose. Stacc has also provided great competence in their implementation consultants supporting us on a daily basis.”

The delivery from Stacc is based on Stacc’s AML & KYC solution, focusing on user-friendliness, compliance and efficiency. The solution handles digital onboarding, secure signing, KYC and AML checks, running compliance tasks and periodic due diligence. The solution consists of digital and automated workflows, customizable forms and document templates, along with digital signing via a 3rd party, secure messaging, automated triggers and alerts, a customer portal and a KYC portal. Together, these features provide the company with complete control over compliance efforts, customers and ongoing follow-up activities.
The solution is delivered as a cloud-based SaaS service from Stacc, based on partnership with Orange Business and Microsoft Azure.
The solution is already in production in Sweden and the plan is to launch the new solution in Finland in Q1 2025. The parties have entered into a long-term agreement over 3 years with automatic renewal for one year at a time.
