The delivery from Stacc is based on BM Analysis, Stacc's specialist solution for financial analysis, advisory and credit processes for the corporate market. The goal is for SDC to be able to offer its customers a modern and flexible credit solution giving the banks a simplified and improved credit process, which at the same time ensures that regulatory requirements, documentation, and traceability are taken care of in an efficient way.

The aim of integrating BM Analysis from Stacc with SDC's own solutions is to ensure a comprehensive credit process for business customers. The integrated solution will provide a flexible user experience, faster case processing, a simplified everyday working life for company advisers, compliance with regulatory requirements, correct documentation, higher data quality and traceability of the credit process.

The agreement between SDC and Stacc involves the delivery and integration of a complete case management solution that combines business analysis and a holistic credit process for banks that use SDC's core banking solutions. The parties have a Nordic perspective on the collaboration, and the solution will first be delivered to SDC's Danish customers.

BM Analysis from Stacc entails a 360-degree financial analysis of the company and is designed to analyze liquidity and cash flows, assess the ability to service more debt, make investments, as well as opportunities for forecasting and scenario analysis.

The solution offers a complete financial analysis of small and medium-sized companies, subsidiaries and sole proprietorships and can also handle various scenarios such as startups, crisis and downturns, innovation, and growth, as well as geographical expansion.

The solution will be delivered as a cloud-based SaaS service from Stacc, based on a partnership with Orange Business Services and Microsoft Azure. The project starts in spring 2023 and is planned to be delivered in several phases during 2023 and early 2024.
