OKQ8 needed a modern and compliant customer onboarding solution for the entire card issuing area of OKQ8 and Q8, including B2B and B2C credit card customers in Sweden and Denmark.
The Solution
Automated retrieval of data from external sources to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, as well as support to the bank's credit decisions.
Back-office support and a user-friendly interface for manual handling of applications that cannot be fully automated or encounter issues during third-party data retrieval.
API’s for integrations with OKQ8 AB’s internal systems, card issuing platform and other account management systems.
The Result
The combined solution from Enfuce* and Stacc is in production and handles the whole value chain of credit cards – from onboarding and re-onboarding, to KYC & AML and card issuing and ledger.
